My move was on 8/17/18 and although we had a slight miscommunication regarding your company packing up my house, someone came out and made things right by bringing boxes, etc. Mike and Brandon stuck with it the entire day even through the thunderstorms!!!! Called on Super Bowl Sunday morning to have some last minute furniture picked up and delivered to not one, but two different locations. Hank who handled my call quickly understood what I was asking, broke down how everything would happen and explained the cost (no hidden fees, no surprises at the end). He was able get me on the schedule that afternoon, mind you it is Super Bowl Sunday! Blake and Tommy who were on the truck kept me updated as they moved along the route. They showed up at my house (the last stop) energetic, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were so careful around corners, and with the placement of my furniture.
